Setting up Microsoft Outlook for SMTP Authentication

We assume that you already have an email account setup in Microsoft Outlook before. Please follow these steps below

1. Open Microsoft Outlook and go to Tools Menu then click Email Accounts...
2. If it's not already checked, click radio button of the Views or Change existing email accounts and click Next
3. Select your account in dialog box and click the Change button
4. Click the More Settings button.
5. Click the Outgoing Server tab

6. Click the checkbox for "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" (without quotes) and ensure that option for "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is checked.
7. Click OK then Next, and then Finish button

Now your Microsoft Outlook is configured for SMTP Authentication. Please Try to send a test email out. If you are still having problems, please report me. Thanks.
