Your HTML cannot be accepted: Tag is not allowed on blogspot

Recently i have an error message

Your HTML cannot be accepted: Tag is not allowed: <meta equiv="REFRESH" content="0; url=http://www.website.com/main.html">

when i post a new topic in my blog. The Solution is HTML Entities. I change < (less than sign) to &lt; and > (greater than sign) to &gt;
